Is this a trick question? I'd remember that the photo is small and it looks like maybe the tree is too close to the stairs and I can only see 1/2 or less of the house Was the photo cut off? Cute house other than that, but a larger photo would help.
What I take away from the picture is a sense of not seeing the real character of the house
What I will remember about this article is I need to get my magnifiers to read the type as it was so small. I haven't yet figured out how to enlarge the type and I do not know html.
We have more than the eyeballs to work with for the engagement, connection and memorable experience. Real video with audio of the crackling fireplace, the sound of lake shore waves lapping along the frontage of your new waterfront listing. Tag team the senses. And when you use video, run your hand along that cool, smooth granite G kitchen counter top and comment on how rock solid permanent and drop dead gorgeous the surface. And in the barn of a rural farm listing, comment on the smell of sweet hay just put up in the loft for feeding the critters you show, hear, see move. Video transports the buyer to the area, to the listing. Video breathes life in to the still images and the couple lines of remark property copy.
The thru the trees lighting, the open porch is a start but use more images, wider approaches and interesting angles. The biggest complaint buyers have is what is around the home, what is the back yard look like. Location, location and yeah (bell rings) location.
I'd like a book & glass of lemonade to hang out on that porch please! :)
Coral, Thanks for your input. The photo is the exact one I saw. I haven't changed it. Potential buyers can only decide to buy or not by what they are given. Great point ! Thanks
Thanks Doug. I tried to figure out how to change print font and then realized. Let's see if people can notice that. :) I should have known you would get it. I can't see a thing without my reading glasses :.) Thanks
Andrew, Nice marketing , love your enthusiasm. Good Points! As far as this picture of this house. You noticed the open porch. Thanks :)
Brenda, I will join you a cool drink, a great book and Friends relaxing. the perfect combo! Thanks.
I'd hope the listing agent wouldn't use such a small photo that makes it very hard to "imagine" what is on that porch! Likely it's a lovely home but this photo doesn't do it justice at all.
I agree Maureen. The picture does not do this house justice.
I want to see more! But why waste my valuable time since there must not be anything else worth seeingor they would show it, right?
Hi Leslie--all this photo does it make me curious. But I would probably never have thought to tour the property unless there were more photos of it on line. I think that buyers are looking for information and not interested in solving some mystery.
Great response Janet. As stagers , we know when they start trying to start solving a problem in their minds, They are not using that time to fall in love with the house. No offer coming....Thanks!
that's going to be alot of work come fall!!
Oh Yes it will Tori. Great Point! Many potential buyers would see the work and keep looking! Thanks :)
